From September 21-27, Long Beach Restaurants, Bars and pubs will be participating in SIP LBC. This week long event is a companion to EAT! LBC, Long Beach Restaurant Week. This inaugural event will feature a combination of cocktails specials, small plate and wine pairings, classes,  and cocktail demonstrations.

SIP LBC is expecting more than 35 wine bars, gastro pubs, restaurants and lounges to participate. This is a great chance to try out Long Beach’s cocktail scene.

Cutthroat Cocktail

 Long  Beach’s top four female bartenders and mixologists compete for charity at the first-ever Cutthroat Cocktail.  Tickets are $75 per guest in advance or $85 at the door, and include a signature cocktail (“562” margarita libation) plus a SIGNED copy of Chef Rahm Fama’s book “Meat & Potatoes”. Walker’s Wild Ride

David and Barrelmeister Jeffers’ unruly trek in a ’64 Landrover to LA with four rare sour beers happens on Saturday, September 27th, and The Federal Bar is the last stop. On board the “designated transporter of Sours”, will be a collection of specialty Firestone Barrelworks Beers. A blind drawing the day of will determine the beer to be poured. Free Event
