What: Pig Out 2.0 is an all you can taste pork dishes by OC’s Top Chefs and craft cocktails by OC’s top bartenders

Pig Out 2.0 is an all you can taste pork dishes from some of Orange County’s Top Chefs and cocktails made by Orange County’s best bartenders. Pork will be the focus of the event, so you will be able to sample a variety of pork dishes. Each Chef will have their own interpretation on pork, so will definitely get variety of tastes.

This is the Sophomore year for this event and they have upped their game since last year.  Portions of the proceeds go to funding a worthy charity called “Inspire Artistic Minds”, which helps with scholarship funding for people working in the visual arts or culinary field.

California Scenario with  BandThe California Scenario (Noguchi Gardens)  – 611 Anton Blvd., Costa Mesa, CA, 92626.

This is a sculpture garden with running streams; it is a pretty sweet location. Park in the parking structure behind TGI Fridays;  It is located behind Mastro’s Steakhouse. This is an outside event, although the venue has high walls on two sides, so there is plenty of shade. If you are sun sensitive, be prepared if the weather gets hot.

    normally i love spreading the word but this is one of the events i don’t want to tell my friends about so there is more food for me. dilemma.
