Tom’s Appearance on Eat St Television Show (Cooking Channel)

Way back in December of last year, I was selected to be part of the filming of two Eat St  television show episodes, which airs on the Cooking Channel. For those of you not in the know,  the Cooking Channel is the Canadian Food Network. The filming revolved around two of my favorite food trucks in Orange County , SeaBirds and Chef Joe Youkhan’s Tasting Spoon. During the episode I was given ample air time and the opportunity to share my opinions about the food.  Attached are screen shots from the show. You just might  see your face! Both Stephanie Morgan (SeaBirds Truck) and Chef Joe Youkhan (Tasting Spoon) did an awesome job and their cuisine made us all salivate.
